无轨胶轮车驱动技术现状及混合动力方案研究

摘要: 简述了目前防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车和防爆蓄电池无轨胶轮车的驱动技术现状,基于它们存在的优缺点提出了一种煤矿井下防爆油电混合动力无轨胶轮车。并就该无轨胶轮车的驱动系统和驱动方式及其结构组成进行了阐述,提出了防爆油电混合动力无轨胶轮车将会成为煤矿井下无轨胶轮车的发展方向。

Abstract: The current status of driving technology used in present explosion-proof diesel trackless tyred vehicles and battery trackless tyred vehicles are briefly introduced, and an underground explosion-proof electric-diesel hybrid trackless tyred vehicle is proposed based on the advantages and disadvantages of two trackless tyred vehicles. Furthermore, the driving system, structural components and operating principle of the hybrid trackless tyred vehicles are illustrated, and the view that explosion-proof electric-diesel hybrid trackless tyred vehicle will become the development tendency of underground trackless tyred vehicle is presented.
